USE VARIOUS TYPES OF MAPS TO OBTAIN AND INTERPRET DATA.In lesson 1 you added the skill of reading and creating maps to your geography toolbox. This objective will allow you to expand this skill by exposing you to several more kinds of maps. Maps are used for a lot of different reasons. For example, road maps can help you find your way to a lake. If you are thinking about moving, you could look at a weather map to see what the climate is like in the new area. If you won a trip to Zimbabwe, you could check out a political map to see exactly where you would be going. In this portion of the lesson we are going to take a look at some different types of maps.
