IDENTIFY ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, IDAHO, MONTANA, OREGON, UTAH, AND WASHINGTON ON A MAP.

During the next eight lessons you will identify the names and the locations of all fifty states of the United States. An important part of geography is being familiar with the boundaries and locations of your specific part of the world, which for most students taking this course is the United States. Each lesson will include six or seven states that you will need to memorize. You will be tested on their names and locations in the Speedback assignments. By the time you have finished the course and are ready for the final exam you should be able to place all fifty states in their correct locations. The final exam will include a section where you will identify the locations of several states.
