Geography terms

The next tools you will acquire are the words that are commonly used in the field of geography. You will need to know all fourteen terms and their definitions. As you look over the terms, be sure to carefully read the definitions and look at the examples. The first couple of terms include a memory device to help you memorize the material more effectively. Memory devices can be very helpful when you are learning new terms. Make up your own memory device for any of the terms that are difficult for you. Use the activity provided below to quiz yourself on the fourteen terms. Click the term cues in light green and review the full term and definition. Images are provided in some cases to help you remember the term.
