Another band in MyPyramid is the Fruit Group and the Vegetable Group. We will study the fruit group in this lesson. Fruits have been favorites for ages. They are colorful, flavorful, and add a special touch to a plate. Because fruits are versatile, they can be used for salads, snacks, and desserts.
