Seventh: Remember That Some of Your Goals Will Change
Times change and so will you. That doesn’t mean that goal setting is a useless or unimportant exercise; it simply means that your goals must be flexible, just like you.
Keep your major goals in mind, and remember that some of them will change over time. The key is to keep them in mind. The scriptures tell us, "Let the solemnities of eternity rest upon your mind forever" (D&C 43:34).
If you always keep your major goals in mind and work toward them, you will be able to accomplish them.
