Look back at the present from your future.

Slowly take a few deep breaths.
Now relax, think of the organization five years from now...and then ten years.
Ask yourself whether you will be able to reach where (define the level and kind of service) you wish to be, if you carry on just the way you have been doing till now. If not, what is keeping you from doing so? What needs to be changed in your present to reach the future of your dreams? Imagine everything that you had dreamt of, well in place - you have achieved what you wanted to in five years.
Now gradually, travel back towards your present. Keep noting down the intermediate steps you encounter as you traverse back this path till you come to the present year, the present month, the present week and today.
You will have material to plan your future.

Be prepared for any change

When we refuse to see and accept ‘what is' and try to be rigid in our views about ‘what should be,' we refuse to be alive and with that lose the potential to solve our problems. Our real security lies in the uncertainty that life offers to us at every step of our journey.
