So, I'm stress. You could even address me as a silent killer or a living tragedy. I've originated from English language but my name has been derived from the old French word distress meaning ‘narrowness' based on Latin strictus, ‘draw tight'.

Finding me is a simple job. Throughout the world, my name has become a byword. Even a child talks about my affects and me. Most people take me as the demand made upon the adaptive capacities of your mind and body. Actually, I'm the wear and tear of your body.
