knowledge. Give it importance as without it, you won't know all the features and

features of your product, but give a thought to the potential benefits that the
customer shall receive, as customers buy benefits and not just features.
28 – 36: This is a good score,
but pay attention to the most relevant benefits that your customer demands i.e.,
customize the benefits of your product.
37 – 45: Well done. You are
perfect in product knowledge, but keep updating it, as change is a never- ending
process.
