Quality planning is applicable to all kinds of products,
services, processes and business outputs related to the external and internal
customers of the organization. Quality planning is required for finished and
semi-finished products processed at various stages of operations. These include
final products, services and semi-finished products like raw materials,
components, purchase orders, contracts, reports, etc. In the same way, planning is applicable to various internal
business processes like preparation of offer, making invoices, production of
product, delivery of products, recruitment of employees, training,
documentation, etc.
