Keeping project management simple

·                     The management team should be the steering committee, as the process requires the management commitment to make it work.

·                     Select a region that is already successful and has enthusiastic employees.

·                     Give the charge to a strong Project manager who is energetic, commanding authority and respect.

·                     The project group should include representatives from marketing, field sales, service, IT, etc.
