The Growth Phase

Public and Private sectors to share their skills and strengths, especially in
the field of management and specifically in the area of executive exchange
programs, called ‘deputations' in our local officialese. The good news is that,
with the enormous metamorphosis in thinking and doing at Government level (due
to liberalization), these executives can match, or even surpass, their
counterparts in the Private Sector. There is no denying the inherent differences
in approach, but the gap is shrinking and each has great benefits it can bestow
on the other.

because:
a. Stimulus of a fresh environment
1.
New standards, gain additional skills, knowledge
2.
Challenge posed develops strengths and leadership
3.

mistakes on someone else's patch (and vice versa)
