Course Description: This is the second section of a two part intermediate course on investing. After the discussion of the principles of successful investing and the investment hourglass (a teaching tool) in Investments A, this section will discuss the priority of money and the historical performance of the major asset classes.
Difficulty Level: Intermediate. This course is recommended for individuals with some college experience and some math ability. You should also have a good understanding of the time value of money.
