Positive results can come only when you refrain from negative thoughts such as, “Life is full of struggle”, “I am unfortunate”, “The world is too bad a place to live in”, “There is too much of competition”. Such thoughts prove to be true for the person who thinks them. For example, the thought, “Money is bad” though not true (Money surely is not bad. The way people use it - for self-defeating purposes - is bad), may discourage one to earn money, and keep money from flowing into his life. Pen your thoughtsOften patterns of negative thinking become too formidable and don't leave us so easily. For example, there are occasions when you feel that you are going through some injustice, some misunderstanding or you are feeling hurt. At such times, instead of getting bogged down, it helps if you write everything that you are getting perturbed about and then tear it up. This helps you to start afresh all over again on a clean slate.
