During this phase, action plan is implemented to complete the following tasks:

 

Step 5   Quality system documentation

 

A two days workshop is conducted to train the quality council members and all heads of the departments on how to prepare quality system documents.  After the training, all heads of departments prepare the required documents for their areas of operation.

 

Consultant reviews, quality system documents and proper guidance is provided as and when required. This is the most crucial and time taking activity.  Documentation requires 3 to 6 months' time.

 

Step 6    Upgradation of production-service facilities

 

Along with the documentation activity, all the production and servicing facilities are upgraded to meet the quality requirements of the product specification.  This activity is implemented and monitored under the guidance of Quality Council.
