Encourage Teamwork

Teams are effective only when each member learns to pull together. This is possible if the teams spend as much time as possible within working hours. Efforts should be put in to wipe out negative behaviour within the team. Further, ensure that the team members are not caught in the pangs of insecurity. If there is any underlying cause of trouble then deal with it at once. It is of prime important to make the people comfortable while working with each other. To achieve such standards the team members need to overcome any inclination to be defensive with each other. Initial reticence can be overcome if team members spend time with each other and recognize other's skills and strengths. If there is any conflict, ways should be found to use them constructively. Moreover, all team members deserve some fun hours. Methods of working should be agreed at the ‘morning' stage.
