Cosy TeamThis represents teams high in social reflexivity and low in task reflexivity. Paramount importance is given to support, cohesion and a good deal of warmth amongst team members. But the output is rather low. Although a positive feeling is inculcated towards the team members but the team performance remains low. Type B
Dysfunctional TeamThis team has the worst scenario. Here its performance is low on both task and social reflexivity. Dissatisfaction of the team members with interpersonal relations leads to very low viability. Type C
Cold Efficiency TeamThis is the team in which task reflexivity tends to be high, but the social functioning is poor. The output generally remains good but the mental health of the members will be adversely affected by poor social functioning of the team. Type D
