Towards Effective Organizing
Organizing is an activity of building a structure of roles
and relations of the people to secure coordination of individual efforts to
achieve common state goals, objectives and targets. The failure in organizing
occurs due to the failure to plan properly, to delegate the authority and due to
the confusion of roles, relations and authority.
