Aspects of the 360-degree
feedback mechanism:

There was one lacuna in the system
and that was measuring everybody by the same ruler. At one time it became a
cloning exercise and to be very honest it became a “US-centric” exercise. There
was a feeling that to be successful you must clone the US leadership. The Asia
